Currently the Automation is done in following areas:

• IT Services: All reporting for IT services is done via the IT Portal including TATA Class Edge usage, ERP, IWB Faults etc.
• IT Training: All IT Training is tracked via the IT Portal to ensure training is conducted across all campus.
• OER: A wide library of resources of openly available teaching resources which are added by teachers and approved by the eLearning Department.
• CMS ERA: In house e-Content.
• Circulars: All circulars are uploaded on IT Portal with a view/search option and an archive is maintained for reference for all Principals and Management.
• TMS: All data regarding transport used in CMS is recorded here to monitor and manage the logistics.
• Dashboards Part I: All members of Management, Principals, Head of Departments, Teachers, Non Teaching Staff, IT Staff and Students each have Dashboard which provide a data visualization tool that displays the current status of CMS.
• Dashboards Part II: We also have dashboards for Environment Coordinators', JYEP Coordinators', School Counsellors' - each have Dashboard which provide a data visualization tool that displays the current status of CMS.
• Online Job Portal: Candidates can Apply Online, for various posts at City Montessori School.
• Staff Directory: Searchable Staff Directory.
• Online Assessments: For Teaching and Non Teaching Staff.
